MISE-EN MUSIC FESTIVAL 2020

We hope this finds you well during this difficult time. We sincerely thank you for your submission to our 2020 call for scores. As we announced earlier, the original festival dates were scheduled this week, but because of the COVID-19, we had to postpone. We are happy to share the new dates—the online orientation on June 30 and festival activities from August 18 to August 20, 2020.

Because of the current pandemic situation, we cannot meet as a large group to rehearse ensemble music. Therefore, the 2020 festival will include online workshops/panel discussions and concerts consisting of mostly solo, possibly duet/trio, and audio/visual and electronics works. All events will be streaming from our new MISE-EN_PLACE (place.mise-en.org), and all are free to attend remotely. More schedule details will be announced at the online orientation (open to everyone) on June 30 at 2:30pm (EST), so please do free register here:
